(LABTER) will play a key role in the methodology, allowing for the integration of knowledge and practice by means of a multiactoral learning space linking teachers, producers, entrepreneurs and public authorities.

(i) they represent two different moments of the experimentation phase, validating the LABTER module in its contents and methods in two very different countries and territorial contexts, representative of emblematic Latin American subregions (the Andean and the Mesoamerican);

(ii) They constitute a training process also for the teachers of the universities in charge, allowing an apprenticeship to move and adapt in new conditions from Colombia to Mexico; (iii) they facilitate an increase in coverage by providing a greater number of students access to the Course, obtaining higher inputs also for the evaluation and validation of the same
